Microsoft Intune
The apps Intune detects on your managed devices, monitored with nothing to install.
What the connector does
The Intune connector reads, through Microsoft Graph, the apps detected on managed devices, along with the list of those devices for the fleet. It relies on a Microsoft Entra ID application with a single read permission.
What comes into TechWatchAlert
- Apps detected on managed devices, with their version
- Managed devices (name, OS, model, serial number, last user), matched in the fleet
- Only products known to CVEs, added to the stack and removed when they disappear
- Alerts on application secret expiry and pending admin consent
Setup
- In Microsoft Entra ID, register an application with the DeviceManagementManagedDevices.Read.All application permission and admin consent
- Create a secret, then enter the tenant, application ID and secret in TechWatchAlert
- Not an Entra ID administrator? Copy the ready-to-forward message: the screen tracks the request until the first sync
