What MSP mode gives you
- A multi-client console. All your organisations on one screen, most exposed first: exploited and critical flaws still open, alerts from the last thirty days, NIS2 projects. One click to switch from one client to another.
- Your clients, run by your team. Create a client’s organisation or attach an existing one: your admins get in straight away, future projects included, with no invitations to send. A technician who leaves your team leaves every client too.
- One tiered invoice. The quantity follows your number of clients, and the price drops at each tier you reach. Clients added or removed mid-month are prorated on the next invoice.
- Your reports, under your brand. Your logo on your clients’ PDF reports (monitoring, NIS2, registers, incidents), and a PDF summary of your whole portfolio. The platform is no longer mentioned from 20 clients.

Who can become a partner?
Providers who run IT or security for several clients: MSPs and MSSPs, IT service companies, integrators. We review every request to keep the programme for those who need it.
Who pays, the partner or its clients?
The partner. Its clients have no subscription of their own: one monthly invoice, the partner’s, whose quantity follows the number of clients and whose price drops at each tier reached. A client added mid-month is prorated on the next invoice.
Do my clients see what I pay?
No. They see their organisation, projects and alerts; billing stays with you.
Can a client take back control?
Yes. A client with its own owner can leave its partner at any time. It keeps all its data and goes back to its own plan.
What if I leave the programme?
Your clients go back to their own plan, with no data loss. Nothing is deleted.
How long before we answer?
We answer by email within two business days. Once accepted, your request opens MSP mode on your TechWatchAlert organisation; you then subscribe online.
